I have a long standing interest in the quality of ingredients and healthy benefits they can offer. All my cooking is informed by the many years I have considered the role of food in our wellbeing.
Teacher & mentor
I offer outdoor or indoor cooking events. Creating beautiful spaces. I would travel to yours or have you come to our humble land ensuring you have an unforgettable and fully catered weekend away or vacation.
I Particularly Love Vegan Cooking
While I am happy to cook all types of food I have a particular affinity with Vegan cooking and I offer outdoor or indoor settings. I also have developed a passion for gluten free cakes and celebration cakes using nature as inspiration. I use unprocessed sugar and create very natural effects.
